Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This is a plain-language template written to match how this site works. It should be reviewed before launch.

The short version

  • This is a static website. There are no forms, accounts, logins, comments or newsletter sign-ups, so we don’t collect your name, email or address through the site.
  • We may use analytics to understand which pages are read and which links are clicked.
  • When you click through to a partner, that company’s own privacy policy applies, and it may use cookies to track the referral.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible Analytics. These tools record things like pages viewed, how far you scroll, which outbound links you click, your general location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, the campaign tags in a link from our social posts).

  • Google Analytics uses cookies and is operated by Google. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
  • Plausible is designed to work without cookies and doesn’t collect personal data.

If campaign tags (such as utm_source) are in the link you used to arrive, our site keeps them in your browser’s session storage for that visit so we can attribute clicks to the right campaign. This clears when you close the tab.

Fonts and hosting

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

Partner links and cookies

Many links on this site go to other companies, including our PetClub 247 advocate store. After you click, those sites may set cookies to track that you came from us, so a purchase can be credited. We don’t control those cookies; please read each company’s privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and don’t add you to any mailing list.

Children

This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or browse in a private window. The site works without cookies.

Changes and contact
